Oddly-Brilliant is not a company in the traditional sense. It's a living, breathing collective of neurodivergent minds who believe the world's hardest problems deserve the world's most unconventional thinkers.
Our Mission
We connect sponsors who have real-world challenges with neurodivergent contributors who have the creativity, lateral thinking, and deep-focus capability to solve them. Every contributor is paid fairly for their work, with transparent income distribution tracked on-chain.
How Income Distribution Works
Contribution Tokens
Every piece of work — code, design, research, ideas — earns contribution tokens. These tokens determine your share of the challenge bounty.
Transparent Payouts
When a challenge is completed, the bounty is distributed proportionally based on token values. Ethics audits ensure fairness. Every payout is recorded.

We're building toward on-chain smart contracts that automate income distribution, making the entire process trustless and verifiable. No middlemen. No disputes.
